Art 1. <\/strong>This chapter aims to determine\nthe enjoyment of the rights, duties and\nprohibitions of the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe ignorance of this regulation does not\nrelieve the student of responsibility for the offence committed, due to\nthat a copy is provided when you enrolled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
RIGHTS OF STUDENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArt.2. <\/strong>Students have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- Be respected in its entirety,\n dignity, ethical beliefs, religious, ideological or policy without any\n discrimination and receive\n integral education of quality to ensure the full development professional.<\/li>
- Actively participate in the process\nteaching and learning: getting the professional advice and an assessment of their performance in the school with\nobjective criteria of the part of teachers and coordinators of career, providing\nsuggestions and comments for the betterment of their own training and being able to\nto request review of your assessment when you consider that it is not correct, \naccording to the established procedure. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
- Access to education without limiting economic,\n through the support offered by the Institution for obtaining scholarships, by\n a specific unit for obtaining scholarships. <\/li>
- A defense, when the accused in a lack\n and not be punished without prove of your liability.<\/li>
- Part\n policies and student associations of former students, to\n collaborate through them, in the development of the activities of the\n institution: academic, cultural, sports, social, among others. <\/li>
- Receive medical and psychological care as needed or requested in the clinic of the institution, and part of the Unit\n Psychology institutional. <\/li>
- Meet your\n nutritional needs, establishing fifteen minutes, either by the\n morning or afternoon to take your snack (during practice) and\n forty-five minutes for lunch, according to the timetable established by\n the teacher and student availability. <\/li>
- Know their rights and be heard\nwhen they expose their complaints to the\nauthorities, when these are struck.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
DUTIES OF STUDENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArt. 3.<\/strong> Students have the duty to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- Know and comply with the provisions of\nin the Regulations of IEPROES, thus creating an atmosphere of harmony and respect\nto the whole of the educational community.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
- Adhere to the disciplinary standards laid down by the institution and its\nteaching, among which are: <\/li>
- Be submitted to the institution, and the\nestablishments of practice duly sworn (The complete uniform\nincludes: uniform, professional, shoes, regulatory, case, full,\nwatch with a second hand, bonnet with its distinctive, identification plate and monogram\nand identification badge institutional); which should be used in order and\nclean, abstaining from the use of jewellery, and getting used to cleaning body, nails\nshort, clean and free of nail, the arrangement of the hair: women short hair or\ntied and men with short hair. For women makeup discrete, for\nmen shaving beard and mustache.<\/li>
- Vigilant careful for the infrastructure, equipment and materials\neducational posts for their services in the process of learning, whether in the\ninstitution or health facilities, returning in good condition not\nthey are expendable, respecting the\nbelongings of the members of the educational community and to replace any\nequipment that has been damaged from improper handling, in the learning activities.<\/li>
- Assist with the responsibility to classes\ntheoretical and practical in accordance with the schedule, appearing\n10 minutes before the set time remaining in their place of\nlearning during school hours (classroom, field, clinical, etc) and\nsubmit the duly justified in case of absences.<\/li>
- To efficiently perform the activities inherent to their\nresponsibilities as students<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Respect the human dignity of all members of the community\neducational: to treat with due respect to their authorities, teachers and trainers\nin the classroom, laboratory, and in practice, to maintain good relations\ninterpersonal relationships, develop professionally with honesty, trustworthiness and integrity,\n contribute to the development of an environment\nharmonious and solidarity within the educational community, avoiding damage\nverbal or physical, to avoid the use of offensive words and dismissive attitudes\ntowards others and cooperate with their peers when necessary.<\/li>
- Save the proper reserve and discretion in matters related to the\npatients placed in her care and the institutions in which they play during\nthe process of learning.<\/li>
- To provide effective care and risk-free to the individual, family and\ncommunity, in their process of learning.<\/li>
- Respect the values and beliefs of all the people with whom you\nrelated.<\/li>
- Show interest in their training and emotional stability.<\/li>
- Show initiatives in their various performances.<\/li>
- To report abnormalities observed in the institution or in the fields of\npractice teachers and authorities of the institution. <\/li>
- Respect and\/or address lines\nauthority established for the resolution of problems, and others. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
PROHIBITIONS FOR STUDENTS <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArt. 4<\/strong>. Are prohibitions for the\nstudents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- Neglecting the compliance of the activities that are assigned to it.<\/li>
- Absent from the Institute or of the clinical practice scheduled without prior\nauthorization, or to withdraw from the establishment or practice hall without having\ncomplete activities assigned, without due permission from the authorities\nrespective.<\/li>
- Receive visits or be accompanied by family or friends during\nhours of your performance as a student.<\/li>
- Establish loving relationships with patients or staff of the institution, <\/li>
- Request prescriptions and medical practitioners, for personal use.<\/li>
- Steal the equipment, materials, or drugs in the institutions where it\nperform the practice or institution of learning.<\/li>
- Soliciting or accepting rewards or financial contributions as\ncompensation for services rendered in the performance of their clinical practice or\nactivities of any nature.<\/li>
- Political lobbying or ideological in places of learning.<\/li>
- Be in the form unseemly or \nunder the influence of intoxicating liquors or drugs, in public, any\nmassive communication media or in the institution itself, in addition to not consume\nnone of these within the institution and its surroundings.<\/li>
- To utter or pronounce insults to their\nsuperiors and peers.<\/li>
- Disclose proprietary information of the\ninstitution in which it is forming.<\/li>
- Stay in the clinical field days and\nnon-business hours without prior written consent, make and receive calls\nphone in class time and practice, <\/li>
- To provide confidential information to\nsome means of mass communication\nthe institution or condition of the patients of a health center.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
- Take photo of patients without the\ndue authorization, <\/li>
- Keep on the phone in hours\nclass and clinical practice<\/li>
- Eating food within classrooms\nclassroom and during clinical practice or which are intended for patients or\nemployees of the establishment of health.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER II<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nOF LATE ARRIVALS AND ABSENCES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArt. 5<\/strong>. Aspects related with the arrivals\nlate and absences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- It will allow him (the) student three late arrivals in the same month of the\ncalendar, with valid reason and proof. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
- The first absence or fourth lateness will result in a written interview, a record will be made in the personal file, and written work on Nursing responsibility will be assigned.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- When late arrivals and absences accumulate and exceed the authorized percentage, Art. 21 of the evaluation regulations will be applied.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER III<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nDISABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArt. 6.<\/strong> Aspects related to the license or disability:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- The students will enjoy and medical leave for childbirth or caesarean section, and other\npathologies, as the case may be, and will integrate their studies pre-assessments\ndeferred, will continue with their studies according to the schedule Management\nAcademic, who resolved by applying the rules of assessment.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
- Maternity or other leaves of absence shall be submitted to the Academic Administration or the guiding teacher within the first three days after they are issued.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER IV<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nRATING\nOF THE OFFENSES AND PENALTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArt 7<\/strong>The purpose of the qualification of misconduct is to determine the conduct of students that constitute infractions, to establish sanctions and to regulate the disciplinary procedure. <\/p>\n\n\n\nArt.8.<\/strong> The faults are qualified in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- Minor fault<\/li>
- Serious fault<\/li>
- Very serious fault<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Art.9.<\/strong> Are minor faults: <\/p>\n\n\n\n- Not be present 10 minutes before the scheduled hours of classes\ntheoretical and clinical practices.<\/li>
- Run poorly all activity assigned,<\/li>
- Demonstrate little interest in the teaching-learning process, <\/li>
- Demonstrate poor interpersonal relationships and professional <\/li>
- Lack of honesty, trustworthiness and integrity,<\/li>
- Use long nails, use nail Polish,<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
- Keep\n power on the cell phone in classroom, laboratory, and clinical practice.<\/li>
- Ask\n for personal use prescriptions from doctors and practitioners,<\/li>
- Do not give co-operation to its peers\nwhen necessary,<\/li>
- No\n to wear the uniform in accordance to the rules of procedure.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Art.10.<\/strong> Are\nserious faults:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- Incur the same misdemeanour by\nthe third time,<\/li>
- Missing without proper authorization to lectures and clinical practice\nscheduled.<\/li>
- Cheating in exams, or papers that are included in your evaluation\nsummative when outside for the first time, <\/li>
- Make improper use of the infrastructure of the institution and the\nfields of clinical practice, <\/li>
- To disrespect the human dignity of all members of the community\neducational,<\/li>
- Interfere with the development of a\nharmonious atmosphere and solidarity within the educational community, <\/li>
- Disrespect to the authorities, teachers and instructors in the classroom,\nlaboratory and in practice,<\/li>
- Use in a negligent manner of equipment and materials placed at his service\nin the process of learning, and returned in a poor state which are not\nexpendable, <\/li>
- Steal the belongings of the members of the educational community.<\/li>
- Be filed with the incomplete uniform.<\/li>
- The use of offensive words, attitudes\nderogatory towards others,<\/li>
- Make\n proselytism political or ideological in places of learning,<\/li>
- Appear in the form unseemly or under\neffects of alcohol or illicit drug in public, and in any medium\nmassive communication<\/li>
- Receive visits or be accompanied by\nfamily or friends during the hours of your performance as a student.<\/li>
- Stay in the clinical field days and\nnon-business hours without prior written consent,<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Art.11.<\/strong> Are\nfouls very serious:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- Cheating on examinations, or\njobs that are included in your summative assessment in a repetitive way and in\nwork degree, <\/li>
- Possession of or make use of any firearms or sharps within the\npremises of the institute,<\/li>
- Encourage you to participate in any disorder within the institute, which\nhamper the normal development of the academic activity, <\/li>
- Establish loving relationships with patients or staff of the institution, <\/li>
- Steal the equipment, materials, or drugs in the institutions where it\nperform the practice or institution of learning.<\/li>
- Soliciting or accepting rewards or financial contributions as\ncompensation for services rendered in the performance of their clinical practice or\nactivities of any nature.<\/li>
- To provide confidential information to any mass -\ncommunication about the institution or\ncondition of the patients of a health center.<\/li>
- Take photo of patients without the\ndue authorization, <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
- Disclose\n information specific to the institution where it is forming,<\/li>
- Absence\n 50% or more to their clinical practice,<\/li>
- Incur\n criminal offences, in which he is condemned,<\/li>
- Falsedad ideological\n or material title of Br. PAES, official documents,and use of,<\/li>
- Be\n involved in pornographic practices,<\/li>
- Acts\n that compromise the prestige of IEPROES.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
SANCTIONS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArt.12.<\/strong>The sanctions will be in accordance with the gravity of the offence committed, have\na character education and also contribute to the process of formation of the\nstudent<\/p>\n\n\n\nArt.13. <\/strong>The disciplinary punishments applicable to the minor<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe first time will be verbal reprimand and forfeiture of the\ncell, if that was the case, as a mechanism of a preventive nature, the second\ntime will be written reprimand this being a wake-up call with a copy\nto the student's record and if you repeat it for the third time will be graded as\nserious misconduct<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art.14. <\/strong>The\ndisciplinary sanctions applicable to faults gravesson:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- Opening\n file information where\n there is written evidence of his or her action or omission,<\/li>
- Compensate\n the damage and apply three days of absence, which will not\n exempt from present papers that are part of your learning process.\n The absence is temporary in academic activities, it will include the exclusion\n written proof if it were the case,<\/li>
- Cancellation\n the work or of the written test with a minimum score of one (1),<\/li>
- If\n reincidiera was applied 5 days of absence that does not relieve you of\n submit entries that are part of your learning process and also\n will be assigned an essay that relates to your learning,<\/li>
- Three\n serious faults on the same situation it will become a very serious fault.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Art. 15. <\/strong>The disciplinary sanctions applicable to\nthe faults very serious<\/p>\n\n\n\n- Opening\n docket informative, in that it is aware of the infringement and replacement\n what subtracted if that is the case, more than ten days of absence, being able to get\n until absence of a definitive<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

- In\n the case of criminal offences, the absence will be up to his dismissal, and\n if you are convicted, you will be expulsion.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
- Replacement\n of clinical practice in an untimely with your payment. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER V<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nOF THE BODIES AND OFFICIALS\nCOMPETENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArt.16<\/strong>.Agencies and officials\ncompetent for the application of the \nthis regulation is the Director\nDirector-General, head of the headquarters or regional, \nmanager, academic, the coordinator of the race, a teacher guide and\nthe technical council<\/p>\n\n\n\nArt.17.<\/strong>The Technical Board, will\nknowledge of the Director General\ninfringement and hear your opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\nCHAPTER VI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nPROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArt.18. <\/strong>The disciplinary process can be started\nex officio is to say, by self-knowledge\nof the authorities and the competent body shall, by notice orally or in writing of\nany person<\/p>\n\n\n\nArt.19. <\/strong>They may not know of the process, the\nauthorities in any way\nfind involved in the lack.<\/p>\n\n\n\nArt.20<\/strong>. All matters not provided for in this Regulation, will be decided by the Council\nManagement of the institution, at the proposal of the Address of the headquarters or\nRegional Centres. <\/p>\n\n\n\nArt. 24<\/strong>.
