Community work in San Miguel with IEPROES Regional Center San Miguel<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n

The Specialized Institute for Health Professionals (IEPROES) along with Morgan State University of Baltimore, Maryland were winners of the 100K Strong of the Americas award in the second semester of 2021. This funding made possible the development of the Cultural Heroes program, which aims to achieve cultural and academic integration between students from both institutions throughout 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n

As part of the program's activities, on March 12, IEPROES received Psychology and Nursing students from Morgan State University for a week to carry out community work activities, and cultural exchanges in order to learn about the problems of Salvadoran society and develop projects that provide a solution to them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
