Cultural Remembrances through the National Civic Day - IEPROES Headquarters San Salvador

Independence Day in El Salvador is celebrated on September 15 every year since 1821. Undoubtedly this is an event of great national significance since it made possible for us to be a sovereign and independent nation from other countries.

The Cultural Extension, Arts and Sports Unit of the Specialized Institute of Health Professionals, IEPROES, San Salvador Headquarters, on September 13, 2019, carried out the project "Cultural Remembrances through the Civic Day" with the support as a jury of the staff of the Secretariat of Culture of San Salvador, a professional of the art of cooking Sr. José R. Funes and the participation of students from different nursing careers with the purpose of strengthening the Salvadoran culture through research of each of the traditions and cultures offered by each of the departments of El Salvador; as well as respect for patriotic symbols.
