MEDIX Lab, a sensation at METAWEEK in Dubai

The Specialized Institute for Health Professionals, together with Vertex Studio have developed the first virtual reality platform that simulates 3D environments to train nursing students and professionals in different healthcare procedures. 

The innovative project created and developed by Salvadoran talent, MEDIX Lab, participated in the international event METAWEEK held on March 8 and 9, 2022, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.          

The event was attended by more than 100 specialist speakers from India, United Arab Emirates, Russia, and many countries around the world on topics such as: metaverse, blockchain and extended reality who interacted with the different procedures in virtual reality.
